Shipping and Returns
Order Processing
All orders ship within two (2) business days of the order being placed, unless additional information is required from the customer (such as address verification or payment confirmation).
We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, pricing errors, product availability, or suspected fraud.
Shipping Carriers & Methods
We reserve the right to ship orders using the carrier of our choosing, even if a specific carrier or service is selected at checkout (for example, UPS Ground).
That said, we remain responsible for ensuring the order is delivered within the delivery timeframe paid for at checkout.
For higher-value orders, a signature upon delivery may be required.
International Shipping
For international orders:

We may ship using UPS, USPS, or FedEx, depending on logistics and the service selected at checkout

We do not collect customs duties, taxes, or import fees at checkout

Any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges imposed by the destination country are entirely the customer’s responsibility
Please note:

UPS and other carriers may charge brokerage fees in addition to import duties and taxes

All international shipping costs are non-refundable
Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition as received

Unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging

Proof of purchase is required
Items returned used, damaged, or in a condition different from how they were received may:

Be subject to a restocking fee, or

Be refused and returned to the customer
Replacement orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will provide:

Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective

For higher-value orders, customers may be required to cover return shipping

International customers must purchase their own return label

Customers are responsible for any damage during return shipping
Any packages refused or returned to sender for any reason may:

Customs & International Returns
If an international shipment is returned to us because the customer refused to pay customs or import fees:

Any customs fees or charges we incur will be deducted from the refund

Exchange rate differences between purchase and refund dates are not our responsibility
Non-Refundable Costs

Shipping delays do not qualify for shipping refunds if the package is delivered within the expected timeframe

Damages & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement is to:

Place a new order once the return is approved
We do not process direct exchanges.
Refunds
Refund Conditions
Refunds are only issued once the item is returned and inspected.
All refund decisions outside of standard policy are handled case by case.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:

We will notify you whether the refund is approved

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method

Processing times vary by bank or card issuer
All accessories included with the original shipment must be returned.
Missing accessories will result in a deduction from the refund.
