Digital items should be wrapped extra and with care.

Purchased the camera twice each time it did not work. I missed the deadline I was not able to return the item. Spent extra time on the phone with elite a battery was sent, we charged the camera with battery and w/out. I'm spending additional money to send back to the manufacturer. Total cost of item $399.00 I'm very disappointed customer.

Should've Listened to Reviews - Does Not Focus When Zoomed In

When zoomed in and you want to focus on anything closer than the farthest objects, 9 out of 10 times it won't focus on your desired subjects . Also, the zoom function sounds like things are broken inside. Loose lens inside if you shake the camera. Not so good in low light or indoors. Photos rarely clear & sharp.

Good camera but battery is crap

This is a good Camera once you get beyond the bad battery they send with it. I sent the first camera back because it would not work right out of the box, it said 100% charged but would shut itself down immediately, contacted Amazon they had me do a return and overnighted me a new one, and set up a UPS pick up at my house for the old one, I do have Prime. Completely charged battery on new one worked and took good pics for a few hours then started shutting down, same as before, so I went to I bought 2 new Kaster batteries and a charger, have been using them for 3 days now, no issues. So I would say this is a great camera simple to use has some good features but buy new batteries with it. the ones that come with it are Fuji, These are the ones I bought. https://www.amazon.com/Kastar-Battery-Charger-Replacement-Digital/dp/B08HGLSJW4/ref=sr_1_1?crid=22DBN3SP3VO4Y&keywords=Kastar+2-Pack+Battery+and+LTD2+USB+Charger+Replacement+for+Kodak+LB-060+LB060+Battery%2C+Kodak+PixPro+AZ525%2C+PixPro+AZ526%2C+PixPro+AZ527%2C+PixPro+AZ528+Digital+Camera%2C+Minolta+MN53Z+16MP+FHD+Bridge+Camera&qid=*****&s=electronics&sprefix=kastar+2-pack+battery+and+ltd2+usb+charger+replacement+for+kodak+lb-060+lb060+battery%2C+kodak+pixpro+az525%2C+pixpro+az526%2C+pixpro+az527%2C+pixpro+az528+digital+camera%2C+minolta+mn53z+16mp+fhd+bridge+camera%2Celectronics%2C127&sr=1-1

    Great Quality and Good Value

I know it's a really great camera. I didn't realize how heavy it would be when I bought it. Having already dropped a lighter weight camera before & broke the lens, I didn't want to risk dropping this one. I had to send it back, because I have neuropathy which causes me to lose my grip unexpectedly. But while handling it briefly & putting it back in the box, I noticed the great quality and oh boy, how I wished I could keep it! It would be awesome! But I quickly sent it back before I dropped it & broke it. I highly recommend this!
